Flights depart from Sea World Resort between 9:00am and 11:00am and 3.00pm and 5:00pm. Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation text or email to confirm a flight time and your departure location.
All flights require a minimum of 2 adults or equivalent dollar value of two adults
Confirmation in the form of a text or email will be sent at the completion of booking. Please allow up to 12 hours for this as it is personalised, not automated.
Vouchers are valid for the date they are booked and confirmed with Cloud 9 Seaplanes. You can contact Cloud 9 Seaplanes up to the day prior to your booking to arrange alternate dates if they are available.
We will try to accomodate all reasonable requests if made 2 days prior to your confirmed date.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.
Cancelling a booking with Cloud 9 Seaplanes can result in cancellation fees being applied, as outlined below.
